You get a coupon for pizza in the mail, you call to order the pizza but the clerk tells you the coupon is expired. You tell the clerk you received the coupon the same day. The clerk says hold on and intends to put you on hold but doesn't. You then overhear the clerk telling someone you are 'full of ####.'How angry would this make you?
I don't think would be pleased; and I would ask then to speak to the manager about the incident.
I would ask if i could change that order to delivery and then send them somewhere random "you know, since i was full of it" then order pizza elsewhere. How angry would this make you?
I wouldn't be pleased, and I would ask to speak to the manager.
That wouldn't make me very happy. I would ask to speak with the Manager and see if you both can resolve the issue. Also, tell him you overheard his employee, and you're not very happy with his/her comment. How angry would this make you?
I would ask to speak to the manager, and let the manager know you heard everything. Demand a free pizza as compensation.
Don't pay attention to those stupid people saying it's just a few dollars...it's not about the money. It's the fact that they said you were full of you know what. You have every right to be pissed! Heck, I'm pissed for you!
I would be damn mad! I would call the home office or get on the
main web site and make a complaint about the clerk and the fact that they would not honor a coupon that was mailed to you. The
clerk was unprofessional and rude. The company should know
that their employees are losing business for them with bad
business conduct.
I would be pissed and not order the pizza from then and then I would also ask to speak to the manager. That is un-professional behavior.
With my italian temper, I'd take my skinny little 105 pound butt down there and demand that they honor the coupon.
i would defintely be pissed. i would have major problems with that pizza place.
ask to speak the manager- if he won't. visit the store asks for manager, if manager refuse to honour the coupon. franchaise contact head office. if local store, find a government agancy who is a watchdog on advertising
I wouldn't get angry, but i'd probably stop ordering from that particular pizza place.
If it bothers you, call the corporate offices and register a complaint.
we have laws against that where I come from.
and I'm not lying this time
See the manager, identify the person on the phone if you can, infer that your business will be with other pizza places if the manager seems less than sincere.
Ya should have got a free pizza!
a lot of people are full of numbers don't let it bother you
order from somewhere selse because they will probably spit in your anyway
Meh, I would just take my buisness elsewhere.
I would report them to the manager and then tell the manager that you intend to take your business elsewhere. The customer is always right. But more so than that, the clerk was unprofessional and the manager needs to know how you were treated. You can bet that other customers are getting treated the same way and if no body complains, then the management may not be aware of the problem
I agree, ask for the manager, then tell the manager what was said. It needs to be addressed right at that moment. It would make me really angry, probably to the point that I would want to go to the store and contront the guy in person, along with the manager.
That is bad as going to Pizza Hut and driving down the road almost home eating the pizza and eat dough instead of pizza.
I went home and reported it on the internet and they sent me a free pizza coupon to get a free pizza.
Get on the internet and report it on the coupon label address.
I wouldn't waste my time getting angry....but I certainly would get my pizza's somewhere else....and then everytime you do....mail the receipt to the owner....and explain this is what his company missed out on making because of his rude employee's....I would mail the receipt's for some time....but don't waste your energy getting mad...put your energy in something that can actually make a difference. I hope you got his name....
Honestly, I wouldn't waste my time being angry over a few dollars. Who cares?
Yeah, that kinda sucks. But I try to be patient with service industry people. I know how much those jobs suck. If they're extra testy, it's probably because they've been abused by people who think they can take out their aggression on service industry people because they can't say anything back. And they aren't paid a livable wage. So yeah, it sucks, but I just try to remind myself of that and move on.
call/email the owner/manager!
Do you really need that extra pizza? Everything happens for a reason ~ go have a salad or something.
I would just say, I heard what was said. May I speak with your manager.
Unfortunately, I would be quite pissed. I say "unfortunately" because anger does no good for physical or mental health.....We have to learn to "let things go," as they say. Having written all this, that dude was an a.s.s.hole
Cheers!
Call the main company and complain or go in person to that particular store and report it. If it is also a franchise , write a formal letter of complaint and demand a follow up.
well ild talk to the manager and demand a free pizza for the rudeness of the employee.
I agree with kjhall 75....its just a few bucks..
