Is it okay for Domino's PIzza to hang up on you when asking a question about prices? My sister was trying to use her coupon book because one of the coupon says you get a free large pizza when you buy a large pizza but by the time my sister wanted to know more information the domino's lady hung up. She called back and a guy answered and my sister said, "one of your female employe hung up on me." and he said "okay we're sorry I'll have a talk with her."
Did she do the right thing to stop there? Or should my sister take a further step for justice? Is it okay for Domino's PIzza to hang up on you?
Just drop it. She shouldn't have hung upon your sister but sometimes people have bad days. Who knows what was going through her mind.
She might not have hung up on purpose.
I worked in a pizza shop a few years ago and the phones were the stupidest design ever. The hang up button was at the mouth area. I accidentally hung up on someone once, cause I was trying to hold the phone to my shoulder, while I gave another customer their pizza. Is it okay for Domino's PIzza to hang up on you?
Im sure it was an accident if she did it on purpose management would handle it. It's bad business practices to hang up on your client, they will easily go to another pizza place, Domino's doesn't want to lose that business, word gets around.
it depends if they didnt do it on purpose then no but if they did do it on purpose then yes but theres nothing you can do about itIs it okay for Domino's PIzza to hang up on you?
write a letter to thr dominos compony through mail. NOT electronically. they will apologize and give you some free stuff! this has happend to me before :D
People working at dominoes are supposed to not hang up
Justice leave ruled
stop there. say more and when you get the pizza expect some nasty crap on it
don't waste your time its not a big deal
is this really that big of a deal? it's domino's...
Ring back and ask to speak with the manager also make sure your sister or yourself have all the details of the time and date you called. You have the right to be treated with respect...you are the customer and I'm sure they don't want ppl hanging up on their potential customers. For all those ppl that say you should just leave it it's shame on them. They don't have the guts to stand up for their rights.
When you ask to speak to the manager they know you mean business...don't quit till you get an appology and perhaps a free pizza too.......ok perhaps an appology from the woman is sufficient lol but hey a free pizza would be nice.
I always stand up for my rights and I always feel better about it.
