Do you use vouchers/coupons for group shopping a lot?

Well, I live in South-Eastern Europe, and group/collective shopping is so popular and very successful now, I was just wondering, how it is elsewhere? And do you call it the same? In practice it sums up to the following: you reserve a coupon on the internet, you pay it, then you use the service or receive the merchandize as delivery /car-wash, hairdresser's, pizza, perfume, clothes etc./. Usually with a real and nice discount. Sometimes, but rarely there are cheats or flows. Thanks. Hope I was clear.Do you use vouchers/coupons for group shopping a lot?
In the USA there are extreme couponers that save over 90% on their grocery bills. There is actually a show on them called extreme couponing. Some of them show for more than one person however most of them have extended families, so they shop just for themselves. I have not heard of anyone going to these extremes out the the US.
