Can I sue this company?

A few weeks ago, i ordered online. And the order was late. Well, they mailed me a letter and it said that i could have 25% off of my next order. Well, i wanted to use it this morning. Nowhere does it say on the letter that i had to call and let them know that i had a coupon. Well, when the pizza delivery guy got here i handed him the letter, and he said that i couldn't use it. Well, i called the store, her name was Laura. And she said that i had to call. Like i said, i didn't know i had to call. Well, i called back about 10 minutes later, and asked her if i could use it, and she said no, that she wasn't gonna send him out here 10 minutes after he had already left.. . . By the way, it's Papa John's Pizza. Can I sue this company?
It is very unlikely that an attorney will take your goal to sue seriously. It is likely however, that after spending $250 for an hour of the attorney's time, he/she will tell you that you have no grounds for a lawsuit, based on the issue you described.

Good luck. Can I sue this company?
You can't sue them, as they aren't required to give you anything for free (or at a discounted rate). If you are unhappy with the service, I suggest that you write a letter to the company headquarters and then stop buying from them. Can I sue this company?
If you sue them, you will get a free pizza and your lawyer will get $10,000

Call and tell them that you will not order from Papa John's, and tyou will tell your friends not to order from Papa John's, and that their decvision not to honor a coupon worth (what?) $3 or $4 is going to cost them $100's of lost pizza orders.
Is there something you don't understand about law suits?

You need PROOF of what was said on the phone. In short, you need a winable case.

When it comes to a large national company vs little ol' you---count on the large company having a panel of litigants who are being held on retainer by Papa Johns already and willing to do battle with you.

Make sure you've got a case before considering a law suit. You are not alone in experiencing injustice. You just need to know who you're dealing with and what the liklihood of success would actually be.

I say forget it.
