They are giving up their jobs instead of paying a little more for health insurance and pension plans. How smart is that? They can't figure out that no job is worse than paying a little more for benefits. If they actually had the cajones to bounce those teachers, they would be flooded with tens of thousands of resumes from teachers across the country in days.
More proud of them than the rest of their members who will let them burn so they don't have to contribute $100/mo to their healthcare plan.
The good teachers are the ones staying in the classroom teaching their students, strike or no strike. Fire the rest.
