Domino's pizza offers a fraud coupon?

I had a coupon that said "buy one medium pizza at the menu price, and get one free."

I called them up ahead of time asking "What's the price of a medium pizza?"

They said, "$6.50."

So I go there and order it, use my coupon and they charge me $9.50! WTF?

They said "This is the menu-price, which is higher than the carry-out price."

The menu-price? What's that for? deliveries?

the coupon even said "not valid with deliveries."

This was a fraud on their part.

They have a carryout price - cheapest. Then they have an eat-in price (higher) then delivery (highest price).
They messed up my order once really bad. I called in an order for two deluxe pizzas for a room on another floor. They were still slow but it showed up. What do they do with those Pizza's? I felt vindicated.Domino's pizza offers a fraud coupon?
They were probably running a sale. You usually can't use a coupon in conjunction with a sale.
That's the price before they masturbate on it.Domino's pizza offers a fraud coupon?
