Has anyone had a good or bad dinner at Nancy's Pizza?

I ordered one of their signature "Nana's Special" pizza with mushrooms on a slow night. Was supposed to be stuffed baby spinach. Got home and no spinach, a big thick hunk of goo, just sauce, cheese and mushrooms, maybe when they say baby they mean dried and ground up on top. They remembered enough to charge me. They did not believe me when I called and asked for credit so I brought all but 1 slice back. The manager for the night proceeded to rip thru the remainder with some tin foil, angrily searching for spinach to prove me wrong. While finding none I was refunded my money with no apoligy, no coupon just a disgusted look. This is a brand new store with established good pizza, like Palermo's around the corner. Don't go to Nancy's or Al's Beef, It is crap!Has anyone had a good or bad dinner at Nancy's Pizza?
I find Nancy's pizza to be delicious and the customer service to be adequate. I'm sure that's just a bad location.

i went there and asked for a vegintarian pizza,



i bit into the crust and there was REAL pepparoni and i noticed this in one of my last bites,
