i just ordered a pizza like 15 minutes ago and I had a 20% off coupon that I forgot to tell them I had. Is it too late to call back or should I just use it next time? I'm so mad at myself! :(If a person orders a pizza and forgets to use a coupon can they call them back and ask for a credit?

here's the thing, the coupons are normally programmed into the pizza place. the coupon that you present is kind of not really that relevant except that if the person is new, they can scan the coupon to get the discount as an alternative way. If you did not get the discount, it is highly possible that if it was being offered, they might discount your next meal.
lol just use it next time. My parents own a pizza restaurant and ive been working there for like 7 years and it is a pain in the *** when people call back and they are like "well..i didnt use my coupon..sooo...i want a credit." people are retarded. just use it next time.
Depending on the pizza place, most will definately hook you up. It is just good customer service. Worse case scenario is they say no... but they won't. It's New Years!
No, you can try calling back to tell them about the coupon -- if the pizza hasn't arrived yet, they may still honor it! Even when the delivery gets there, you could call in to ask if you can just give the coupon to the delivery guy and pay the adjusted amount...Hey, you can give it a shot - what have you got to lose? Most places are pretty kind that way - they want you to come back and it's a goodwill gesture...

Yes, I think it is too late depending when it is suppose to arrive but don't freight just use it next time!!
nope, that won't work. you can call them back and MAYBE change it if the driver hasn't left yet, but if he's left with the receipt, it's too late. don't push the issue and just remember next time!
