Yes you should.
Yeah the should get a slap in their face! Write a review for the newspaper or something! The don't deserve business! What do you think about a pizza delivery person being rude at your front door?
Yes - especially if it is a corporate chain. You can also go back on the pizza place's website for corporate contact information first to see if BBB is necessary. You may be able to file a corporate complaint first and go from there. I would definitely boycott them though and pass it on to local friends/family. Good luck!
if the coupon was a discount then you should have told however you talked to when you ordered and your total would be according to what the discount was so you would know what to pay the person who delivered the pizza. He was only doing as told. You can not expect him to give you a discount that has not been cleared by his boss. What do you think about a pizza delivery person being rude at your front door?
Yeah you should! Wow thats mean your giving them business they should be nice
yeah, you def. should do the BBB filing. it is good to let others know that you were not a happy camper.
thats not very good customer service at all. they should respect you give you your order without any problems or rude remarks. you should call the pizza place headquarters or BBB file a complaint.
I can definitely understand why you are upset. Here are a few things to consider:
Check the small print. Not just on the coupon, but on the website. A lot of times web orders do require you to call in the coupon because the delivery guy doesn't handle any of that. He just collects what is on the ticket, no less because the computer/person generates what is supposed to be collected and it may not be able to be adjusted later on. That, is my guess, is why you have to call in the coupon in the first place. So understand the delivery guys point of view...even though he should have calmly explained it to you.
My assumption is the delivery guy works on tips. The faster he works, the more he gets. The last thing he wants to do is argue, but he has to collect the money. In your case, it was right to call the manager. If he was uncooperative, that is where the problem starts. Instead of wasting your time with trying to complain, just go somewhere else (unless they have a corporate office, then contact them directly and deal with them accordingly). Unfortunately it is a hassle with the BBB and you are probably better off chalking it up to a bad experience and not giving them your hard earned money anymore.
